I did it! Checked out a book from Roosevelt Island's public library and was able to highlight the last library on the list.
A friend of mine was telling me about a map of the NYC Subway system were you can check off every station you have actually gotten on or off the train at - and I realized that there are so many of them that I likely never would have visited if it hadn't been for this goal.

Now I have to decide if I'll get all my books from the same library, or continue using the libraries as an excuse to explore different neighborhoods more...
